I really enjoy Armin’s style of coaching because it is similar to a Socratic method of dialogue in which he would ask me pointed questions about my career and life goals that would stimulate deeper thinking in me and draw out ideas and thoughts about how I saw myself as a leader, rather than him imposing his own ideas about how my leadership qualities. He’s a great listener and has a wide breadth of knowledge about organizational leadership. Last spring, I had the opportunity to take a course he taught on leadership. His teaching style and course format was very effective, and I still employ many of the lessons we covered in my daily project management tasks.
