Armin Pajand, MCC, is a Houston-based executive coach and leadership advisor who helps senior leaders, executives, and high-potential professionals build the adaptive capacity to perform in complex, fast-changing environments.
A former head of leadership and executive development in Fortune 500 settings, Armin combines behavioral science, executive coaching, assessment-informed development, and pragmatic business judgment to help leaders convert insight into sustained behavior change.
That same philosophy led him to create Momentum For Leaders and AdaptX™ — science-informed, AI-enabled coaching systems designed to support leadership transitions, succession readiness, executive presence, career advancement, and measurable behavior change.
