Michael Bekins
Former C-Suite Executive & Global CHRO
Michael Bekins is an executive and career coach who helps senior leaders navigate career transitions, global roles, and the next level of executive impact — across MedTech, technology, consulting, financial services, and beyond.
A former C-suite P&L executive, global Chief Human Resources Officer, and senior leader at a top global consulting firm across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, Michael brings something rare to the table: he's sat in the seats his clients are navigating. Decades of interviewing and assessing thousands of executives — paired with rigorous behavioral benchmarking — have taught him exactly how top leaders position themselves for career progression.
He builds evidence-backed action plans, measures behaviors at every step, and gives honest feedback — because real progress requires both a mirror and a map. He is a partner more than a coach.
